Fabtech Suspension for Chevy K2500HD and K3500HD Trucks

Fabtech Motorsports is pleased to offer its high performance suspension system for all 01'-04' Chevy K2500HD and K3500HD Trucks.

The front differential has been realigned to eliminate the potential for any front drive shaft vibration. Also incorporated into the system is a steel skid plate. The tubular upper control arms fit into the stock frame pockets with no modification and use high grade urethane bushings. The upper control arms come standard, with double shock mounting tabs for a seamless integration of Fabtech's optional front dual shock hoop system. The front suspension is complete with a one piece tubular crossmember support and impact struts. The torsion bar drop down brackets properly align the torsion bars to the relocated stock lower control arms.

The rear suspension is lifted using a 4" bock kit with 2" add a leaves. The system is completed with rear bump stop brackets and a rear drive shaft carrier bearing drop bracket.

When all is said and don't, the system will provide a true 8 inches of lift without adjustment to the torsion bars, and allow for the installation of 37" tires.

Yamaha Rhino Fabtech Long Travel Suspension System

As one of the most trusted names in offroad light truck suspension systems, Fabtech breaks into the ATV market with their cutting edge Yamaha Rhino Long Travel suspension system. Designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms utilize 3/4 " teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8” uniballs for an unrestricted 13” of usable wheel travel. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2 “ heim ends. This system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV axle assemblies. The heart of this system is Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech's race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits. All components included in this system are finished in a neutral gun metal gray powdercoat to blend with the undercarriage of every Rhino. Systems come complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for a one stop purchase.

Introducing the Modular Rack System from Bestop. Offering convenient storage, the Modular Rack Systems’ unique design allows a universal tray to be installed in multiple locations around your vehicle via a number of different brackets (each sold separately).

Simply put, the Modular Rack System delivers the versatility to put cargo where you want it. The first two components of the new Modular Rack System are now available: the Universal Rack Tray and Receiver Hitch Bracket.

Constructed of molded polyethylene, the Universal Rack Tray is lighter than steel (weighs 11 lbs.) and has better impact resistance. The Universal Rack Tray holds up to 200 lbs. of gear and features recessed eyebolts to anchor tie down straps and cargo nets. Rounded corners help prevent injury if bumped. The Universal Rack Tray measures 43” x 23” x 4” deep and attaches to the Receiver Hitch Bracket with four bolts. The Receiver Hitch Bracket installs quickly and easily without drilling and securely attaches to the receiver hitch with a ½” bolt. Made of black, powder-coated steel, applications are available to fit any 1 ¼” or 2” receiver hitch.

BesTop Introduces New Molded Bikini Top

There’s nothing quite like the freedom and open-air feel of a Bestop® Bikini®—just enough coverage for comfort while allowing the full sensory feel of the great outdoors. Bestop, drawing on 50 years of Jeep® top expertise, has gone the traditional bikini top one better with their new hard-shell Molded Bikini Top.

Bestop engineered the Molded Bikini to be extremely functional. The design offers Jeep® owners an overhead center console and removable interlocking side panels over the driver and passenger seats.

The lightweight overhead panels can be removed independently of each other and feature individual tinted skylights. An integrated wiring harness feeds power to the built-in 12-volt power outlet, dual pivoting map lights and a pair of tweeters. The lightweight side panels are made of tinted, scratch-resistant acrylic. There are even integrated mesh storage pockets, since you can never have enough storage in a Jeep®.

The Molded Bikini Top is constructed from black injection molding on the outside with interior color matching foam-injected skins on the inside. It

attaches to the windshield with built-in latches in the front; web straps secure the rear portion to the rollbar. With the see-through acrylic panels removed, the center overhead console fits under both OEM Jeep® and Bestop soft tops and O.E. hard tops, and works with or without sport bar covers. A truly universal design, the Molded Bikini Top is also engineered to work with factory and aftermarket soundbars and sound pods.
